What is Sourcewell?

Sourcewell is a government agency and cooperative purchasing organization that conducts competitive solicitations on behalf of its members — so schools, municipalities, nonprofits, and other public entities don’t have to. When Sourcewell awards a contract to a vendor, that contract has already satisfied competitive bidding requirements. Member organizations can engage directly, skipping the time and cost of running their own RFP process.

Membership in Sourcewell is free. Any school district, government agency, or qualifying nonprofit can register at sourcewell-mn.gov and begin accessing contracted vendors immediately.

ATSR’s Sourcewell Contract

ATSR holds Sourcewell contract #102424-ATR for architecture, engineering, and facility planning services. The contract covers the full scope of what public institutions need to plan, design, and deliver facility projects — all through a procurement vehicle that satisfies board due diligence requirements without the administrative burden of a competitive bid.
