Visionary Modernization
ATSR Planners Architects Engineers partnered with Tri-City United High School for a district-wide modernization driven by a 50-member community task force. Our comprehensive master plan secured a $22.1 million bond referendum to transform their facilities.
Key Highlights of this Future-Ready Project:

- New classrooms and renovations across four schools.

- Mechanical system upgrades and re-roofing.
High School Transformation:
- A new science research center and flexible team project area for interdisciplinary, project-based learning.
- A state-of-the-art, 700-seat auditorium/fine arts center.
- Added locker rooms.
- Designed for maximum flexibility to support an expanding science curriculum.
This $11.8 million high school project alone supports a capacity of 675 students, showcasing ATSR’s ability to deliver visionary, community-supported educational spaces that are built for the future.
