ATSR partnered with New Richmond School District to transform their athletic experience with a complete stadium redesign that honors tradition while embracing the future. Working within the existing field footprint, we created a premier venue that brings the entire community together for those unforgettable Friday night moments.

More Than a Game – A Community Experience

The new stadium centers around a state-of-the-art synthetic turf competition field that provides optimal playing conditions year-round. Our design creates an arrival experience that builds excitement from the moment families approach the facility, with distinctive east and west entry portals that welcome visitors into a welcoming public plaza.

The 2,300-seat bleacher system ensures excellent sightlines for every spectator, while the modern press box provides broadcasters and officials with the facilities they need for professional-quality events. Under-bleacher storage and team rooms give athletes dedicated spaces to prepare and focus before taking the field.

Thoughtful Details That Make the Difference

We designed integrated concessions, restrooms, and ticketing facilities that keep crowds moving smoothly while creating revenue opportunities for the District. Elegant wrought iron fencing defines the stadium perimeter while maintaining the open, welcoming feel that makes New Richmond special.

The centerpiece plaza obelisk serves as both a striking architectural feature and meaningful donor recognition, honoring the community members whose support made this transformation possible. Every detail reflects our understanding that a high school stadium is more than a sports venue – it’s where memories are made and community pride comes alive.
